Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
Adenrel Games, a Colorado corporation, operates GamingHub.us. This Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you browse, create an account, play games, use community features or contact us. It applies to our Service; external websites and independent providers have their own policies.
1. Information we handle
- Accounts: your name, email, gamer tags, account and verification status, password hash, sign-in session records and related dates. We process passwords for authentication but do not store them as readable text. Google or Apple sign-in supplies identity information such as a verified email, name when available and a sign-in token; Apple may supply a relay email.
- Play and community activity: games, seats, moves and saved state; wins, losses, rankings, virtual-chip balances and transactions; lobby presence, friends and other relationships, blocks, table comments, direct messages, notifications and relevant timestamps.
- Technical information: our infrastructure and providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, request paths and times, and diagnostic or security records needed to deliver and protect the Service.
- Support: the contact details and contents of requests you send us. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Mobile apps: this Policy also covers Adenrel Games’ Spite and Malice app. Offline computer games and local results are saved on your device and are not uploaded to GamingHub or online rankings. Online play uses the same account and game records as GamingHub.us. App sign-in credentials are kept in the operating system’s protected storage. Player reports include the reported gamer tag, your account, the reason, and relevant dates so operators can respond.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts, verify email, run and save games, display player records and presence, support community features, deliver account and game-related messages, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, maintain backups and comply with applicable legal obligations. Game computer opponents run in the application; their presence does not mean your account or private messages are sent to an external AI service.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use advertising trackers in the application.
3. What other people can see
Gamer tags are public handles. Other users and visitors may see tags, game-specific records and rankings, lobby presence, public tables, visible moves and table comments. Public games may be watched without signing in. Game views hide information such as another player’s hand when the rules require it.
Your account name and email are not displayed as part of your public player profile. Direct messages are available to the participants and may be accessed by authorized operators when needed for support, safety, abuse investigations or legal requirements; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not post sensitive information in a public tag or comment. Private-table settings restrict ordinary access but do not make data inaccessible to authorized operators.
4. Providers and other disclosures
- Hosting: Google Cloud infrastructure stores application records and processes requests needed to operate the site.
- Email: Resend processes recipient addresses, message contents and delivery information for verification and service-related emails, including community notifications.
- Sign-in: Google and Apple process information for their login services. Google’s sign-in component may receive technical information when a sign-in page loads, even before you choose that option.
- Your actions: information is disclosed to other users when you participate in public play, send messages or use other sharing features.
- Legal and safety needs: we may disclose relevant information to comply with lawful process, investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
- Business changes: information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable privacy requirements and required notice.
Our infrastructure and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use an essential sign-in cookie and short-lived authentication cookies or checks to keep sessions secure. Google and Apple may use their own cookies under their policies. Optional browser storage can remember your account profile, gamer tags and active game; the storage choice itself is also remembered. Some session preferences, such as returning to a game after login or avoiding a repeated animation, may be stored on your device.
You can decline optional remembered profile storage through the site’s storage prompt and manage or clear cookies and site data in your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side records; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. We do not currently deploy third-party behavioral analytics or advertising pixels.
6. Retention, deletion and service closure
We retain information while needed for account and game features, support, security, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Different records may have different retention periods. An expired session, signing out, removing browser storage or abandoning a game does not by itself erase server-side records.
You can delete your shared GamingHub account in the app’s account screen or on the Account and data deletion page. Deletion removes the account, gamer tags, records, messages and hosted games across GamingHub and Adenrel Games apps. Joined tables are cancelled and their saved state is removed; other players’ accounts and records remain. Offline saves remain on your device until replaced or the app’s local data is removed. If you cannot sign in, use the contact channel below for help. Copies may remain in backups until those copies are replaced or securely removed; any retained copies remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Retention is not a promise of permanent preservation. Game data and history may be lost or deleted, and we may discontinue the Service, as described in the Terms of Use. On closure, we may delete or deidentify records that are no longer needed, while meeting applicable legal duties. A shutdown does not authorize unrelated uses of personal information or waive your privacy rights.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, protected sign-in sessions and account-access checks. No system, transmission or backup can be guaranteed completely secure or free from data loss. Protect your devices and email account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We will provide security-incident notices when required by applicable law.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit available account details, manage gamer tags and sign out of sessions on the Account page. For other corrections, access to your information, deletion or account closure, contact info@adenrelgames.com. Send requests from your account email when possible and describe the action you want. We may verify your identity before disclosing or changing information.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, use an authorized agent, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain lawful limitations. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
9. Children’s information
Account registration is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. Parents and guardians should supervise minors’ play and use of community features.
10. Changes and contact
We update this Policy when practices change and revise its effective date. We provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent for new uses when required by law. A policy update does not remove existing legal rights.
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@adenrelgames.com. Include your account email and request, but never a password or sign-in token.
