Terms of Use

1. Agreement and accounts

By creating an account, signing in or using the Service after being given notice of these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. You must be legally able to agree to these Terms; if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them and supervise your use. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Provide accurate account information and protect your password, email and devices. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others or access their accounts. Google and Apple sign-in are also subject to those providers’ terms.

2. Recreational play and virtual items

The Service is for recreation. Game rules, computer opponents, rankings and results may contain errors and may change. Games and records may be corrected, reset or removed to maintain the Service or address abuse.

Chips, points, rankings, achievements and other virtual items have no cash value, are not currency or property held for you, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes through the Service. Dollar signs used in games represent simulated amounts. We do not offer real-money wagering, deposits or cash withdrawals. Do not use the Service to arrange unlawful gambling.

3. Fair play and community conduct

Use the Service lawfully and respect other players. Do not harass, threaten, publish someone else’s private information, post unlawful or infringing content, cheat, exploit bugs, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or overload the Service. Do not use automation that disrupts games or gives an unauthorized advantage.

We may moderate content and restrict or suspend accounts to address misconduct, security risks or legal requirements. We do not promise to review every message or prevent every instance of abuse.

4. Your content and our materials

You retain any rights you have in messages and other content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, reproduce and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, moderate the community, protect the Service and respond to support requests. This permission does not give us an unrestricted right to publish private messages.

Our software, artwork, branding and other materials belong to us or their respective owners. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the Service for lawful personal recreation, subject to these Terms. No ownership in the Service is transferred to you.

5. Game data and history are not guaranteed

The Service is not a permanent archive. We do not guarantee the preservation, accuracy, availability or recovery of game data or past history. Accounts, gamer tags, saved or unfinished games, moves, messages, scores, rankings, achievements, virtual chips and other records may be lost, corrupted, reset, changed or deleted, including during maintenance, migrations, outages, security incidents or shutdown.

Backups and recovery measures reduce risk but do not guarantee restoration, completeness or a particular recovery time. Keep your own copies of information important to you where the Service permits it. We do not promise a backup, export, transfer or restoration service, or compensation for lost records or virtual items, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Time spent playing does not create a right to permanent storage or continued access.

6. Changes, interruptions and permanent shutdown

We make no commitment to operate GamingHub.us indefinitely. Circumstances, costs, technology and business priorities can change. We may modify, replace, suspend or permanently discontinue any game, feature or the entire Service. Access may end and associated data may be deleted. There is no guaranteed minimum operating period, uptime, feature availability or continuing support.

When reasonably practicable, we will try to give advance notice of a planned permanent shutdown through the site or account email. Emergencies or other circumstances may prevent notice. We do not guarantee an opportunity to finish games, download records or move them elsewhere before access ends. Any notice, refund, data handling or other obligations imposed by applicable law remain in effect.

7. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated uses of your information. Hosting, email and sign-in providers and external websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or guarantee their performance.

8. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation, accurate results or preservation of data. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adenrel Games and its personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, game history, virtual items, profits or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including interruption or discontinuation, even if advised that such loss was possible.

These limits apply only where lawful. They do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit, and do not waive nonwaivable privacy, consumer or other statutory rights.

10. Ending access and resolving concerns

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account closure or raise a concern, contact info@adenrelgames.com. We may end access for violations, security or legal reasons, or discontinuation of the Service. The Privacy Policy governs retention and deletion of personal information; signing out does not delete your account.

Please give us an opportunity to address a dispute, without delaying a legal deadline or limiting your right to seek a remedy. Ownership provisions and lawful disclaimers and liability limits continue after access ends. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. We will give notice of material changes through the Service or another appropriate channel, and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
